Office Coordinator

Office Coordinator              

In collaboration with the Operations team, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for greeting guests, managing meeting rooms and helping maintain office cleanliness. 


  • Greet guest, Sign in/out guests, offer refreshments, notify KG employees of their arrival
  • Meeting Rooms - maintain meeting room cleanliness before and after every meeting, prepare requested snacks and refreshments, ensure technology is working (phones, tv's)
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness (dishes, cups, tables) dishwasher rotation, coffee machine refill, common fridge stock maintenance, food/snack stock maintenance
  • Make grocery orders, team lunches orders, event catering
  • Assist Senior Management; dry cleaning, restaurant reservations, flights/hotels, food orders
  • Maintain bathroom cleanliness, stock (paper towels, soap, etc) 
  • Water plants, maintain storage room cleanliness
  • Successful candidates will have
  • High attention to detail 
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendars, MS Word, Excel
  • A focus on hospitality and providing best service for employees and clients
