Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks.  As an Operations Coordinator you'll be tasked with responsibilities such as assisting with human resources, organizing company events, arranging and assisting with company trainings and logistics. 

As a successful Operations Coordinator, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.

  • In charge of the logistics and effective operations of training courses: engaging participants, oversee overall logistics of the classes' execution, materials and instructors.

  • Lead selling efforts of courses open to external audiences, including promotion, client attention, payment and invoicing control.

  • Arranging and assisting with recruiting administrative tasks such as interviews, screenings, job fairs, university campus visits and presentations , etc.

  • Collaborate in the organization, planning and execution of company events, workshops and employee engagement activities.

  • Contribute to the implementation and proper functioning of company programs and projects that support social causes. 

Successful candidates will have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Proactive personality and a desire to deliver your best work.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.

  • Knowledge in digital technologies is a plus.
