Talent Acquisition Manager

Konrad Group is looking for a high energy Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about technology and people to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent through various methods. This role is best suited for someone with 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting for tech roles.


  • Handle inbound candidate inquiries
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage hiring processes from initial interview to offer
  • Post jobs
  • Monitor online job postings and update as necessary
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating local talent strategy in conjunction with the global talent team.
  • Coordinate with respective team leads to forecast hiring requirements
  • Champion Konrad Group’s employment brand and vision
  • Successful candidates will have
  • 3+ years tech industry recruitment experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excel/data skills
  • A true passion for all things tech!
